I love the French name for these places, the Emmaus, referring to the place where the disciples didn’t quite recognize the resurrected Jesus. They are charity thrift stores that support compassion ministry.
The Karris store near Weyer’s Cave is just such a place. As always, one partner wants to shop more than the other. That’s when creative photography happens.
